ci: Update CI/CD for FTXUI architecture

- Install FTXUI, cpp-httplib, toml11 dependencies
- Use CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH for macOS Homebrew packages
- Add binary version test step
- Improve release notes with features and quick start
- Support both macOS and Linux builds with FetchContent fallback
